While there were participants from afar, all the prospective employees gathered at the head office in Shinagawa, and pre-employment training began. In this training, under the theme of FRONTEO's original artificial intelligence KIBIT, (A) Creation of "a future in which people and artificial intelligence coexist and co-prosper" (B) Artificial intelligence We will make a presentation in English by choosing one of the two issues of proposing a solution that utilizes.The evaluators are Nozaki, the executive officer and chief engineer, and Mizuguchi, the general manager of the Corporate Communication Department.

It was very expensive.However, each presentation had its own points of view and perspectives, and some presentations were so complete that I couldn't think of them as students, so the content was interesting. The two evaluators also take notes and listen seriously.The evaluators gave feedback on how to set targets, what perspectives and supporting data are needed to proceed as a business, and the prospective employees listened seriously. After the presentation, I was released from the tension, smiles returned to the prospective employees, and the training ended in a peaceful atmosphere. And after the training, go to a social gathering with senior employees ... The informal candidates at the social gathering are different from those during the training, and while eating delicious food, with senior employees and fellow prospective employees It was fun and exciting with various stories.
