New employee training
The training for new employees, which takes about two months after joining the company, is roughly divided into two stages. The first is,""Business etiquette training by an external instructor" and "Orientation by an in-house instructor"Business skills training"so, It will take about 2 weeks after joining the company. In business etiquette training by an outside instructor, you will learn basic business etiquette such as greetings, exchanging business cards, upper and lower seats, and the attitudes and ideas required of working people such as "Ho-Ren-So" through workshops and role-playing. It will be a practical training to put on.This training, which started on the third day after joining the company, provided a lot of group work, so I had frequent opportunities to talk with the same person, which was also an opportunity to get to know each other. At first, I was so nervous that all the members were silent, and I miss the break time as a scene.Orientation by in-house lecturers aims to understand FRONTEO's rules, organizational structure, and business content, such as compliance such as corporate governance and explanations of the roles and business contents of each department by business division managers and department managers. I was able to hear directly from the department manager about the business in charge and its significance, which gave me an opportunity to reconsider what business field I am interested in and which department I would like to work in. Now that you have acquired basic business etiquette as a member of society and have grasped the overall picture of FRONTEO, the next second step is the core business of FRONTEO."Business Division Training" for Legal Tech and AI SolutionsIt will be.Even if you have already decided on the field you are interested in before joining the company, everyone will take the course regardless of the wishes of the place of assignment. (The content of this training, which took about 3 weeks, will be introduced in another post!) After about 2 months of training for new employees, the next step is to prepare for temporary assignment. I will have an interview with you. While looking back on the contents of the training so far, based on aptitude, etc., after a temporary assignment for about 5 months from the middle of May to the end of September, this assignment in October, and more specialized knowledge at the assignment destination We will proceed to individual training in each department to learn the skills.VTOP training (group training)
As a system unique to FRONTEO, during the period when new employee training is held"VTOP training"Training by one senior, called, is also held every day in parallel. VTOP training begins with how to use Outlook and Word, which are necessary for daily work, and teaches "review of the day" at the end of the day, and "review" to write down what we have learned and reflection points. It is a place where you can repeatedly teach basic skills that are in line with practice, up to feedback on the "seat".Especially during the period from joining the company to temporary assignment, I was constantly nervous every day, and I was able to do my best just to learn new things and keep up with them every day, but my seniors gave me careful guidance, so I was relieved to be able to consult at any time. Thanks to this training, even if I became involved in practical work as a temporary assignment, I was able to exchange emails smoothly with people inside and outside the company without any major confusion, and I feel that I was able to learn how to grow with FRONTEO. From April, we will be instructing new graduates. We will do our best to grow together! We are looking forward to seeing you at FRONTEO, 1th generation students who will join the company in April! ■ About FRONTEO's new graduate training project "VTOP":https://www.fronteo.com/blog/news/20180219113050.html ■ FRONTEO recruitment site:https://www.fronteo.com/recruit/Articles in the same category
