This is the third time in the "VTOP" series, in which new graduates in 2017 introduce FRONTEO's training and unique systems, and this is about the "mentor system," which is one of the initiatives to support new employees. The "mentor system" is a system in which senior employees (mentors) who have been working for more than two years are assigned to new employees (mentees) one by one and consult with them regarding various problems in working life.As a general rule, mentors are selected from departments other than the department to which new employees belong, and once a month a mentor and mentee hold a "mentor lunch" to discuss daily work and working life while having a delicious lunch. This time, the attractive points of FRONTEO's mentor system will be reported by employees who belong to the Business Solutions Headquarters for the first year of joining the company!
