Born in Tokyo. After graduating from Tokyo Women's University, she worked at the House of Councilors secretariat. After working at a video production company where she was involved in the production of feature films and television programs, she joined a public relations company in 1995. After giving birth to her second child, she became independent in 2, and began working as a public relations professional with strong crisis management skills while continuing to explore risk management. She currently provides explanation training (media training) to the mass media and related parties during normal times and emergencies for companies and organizations from the perspective of risk management. In 2001, she advocated appearance risk management. She also regularly gives presentations at academic conferences.
