FRONTEO exhibited at the "4nd AI / Artificial Intelligence EXPO" held at Tokyo Big Sight from April 4th (Wednesday) to 6th (Friday). "AI / Artificial Intelligence EXPO" is one of the largest AI-related events held in Japan, and this year it will be held using the entire Tokyo Big Sight East Hall 3. The total number of visitors to EXPO reached about 46,000, and there was a lot of media coverage, so it was a very enthusiastic event. FRONTEO will be exhibiting for the third time since the pre-held event in 2016. Until last year, there were many experimental exhibits such as support services such as chatbots and customer information, compatibility and sensitivity diagnosis, but this year there are usage scenes such as introduction at manufacturing sites, store management, improvement of work efficiency, etc. The width was expanding.In addition, questions from visitors have changed from "what can be done with artificial intelligence?" To "how to prepare learning data?" And more specific usage methods. I felt once again that the penetration and implementation of this in society is progressing.At this EXPO, FRONTEO exhibited products and held mini-seminar in the fields of business intelligence and digital communication.There are two entrances to the exhibition booth on the left and right of the front panel. Introducing space for products equipped with artificial intelligence KIBIT on the left side, An introduction space for the communication robot Kibiro was set up on the right side, and many customers visited each booth. In addition, we held a mini-seminar once an hour to introduce products and application examples, and more than 1 people participated in the three days.
