I used to spend my days off at home, but my familyWe got our tickets and came to San Francisco for the last two weeks, so on Saturdays and Sundays we went around sightseeing spots and refreshed. When the weather was nice, I took a cable car and took a walk in the city of San Francisco. When I went to the Golden Gate Bridge, the weather was nice and the red bridge was very beautiful against the blue of the sea and sky. There was a fan festival that I could enter for free at the stadium of the San Francisco baseball team (San Francisco Giants), so I went there with my family. The weather was nice, so unlike Japanese stadiums, the natural grass made me feel very good!

Experience and future in San Francisco

What I felt most of all during this business trip was the responsibility and importance of the Japanese team, which is the head office. Since there are few opportunities for face-to-face communication with members of other bases, until now, FRONTEO has been thinking in terms of Japanese teams and US teams rather than one team, and working on daily work and work in front of them. I think that there were many cases where we responded with.However, in global operations, teamwork between bases is very important, and in order to establish that teamwork, it is necessary to be aware that everyone is a member of the same team called FRONTEO. This time, I feel that I was able to deepen the relationship by actually meeting with the members I can't usually meet, but in order for FRONTEO to continue to produce results at a higher level than ever before, first of all, Japan, which is the head office. Each member of the team should act with such an awareness and actively communicate with the members of other bases, and not only that, but also improve Japan's technical and responsiveness to further improve them. I felt that each individual needed to improve their abilities so that they could pull. Of course, it is important to work on daily work and work in front of you to produce results, but at the same time, I would like to think in a larger framework and contribute to the growth of the company.
