(Restricted Period for Disclosure of Information to Inquiries Concerning Financial Results)
In order to prevent the leakage of information that could affect our stock price during the period from the day following the settlement date until the announcement of financial results, we refrain from making comments or answering questions related to our financial results.
However, if we expect to make a major revision to our earnings forecast during this period, we will, in principle, disclose such information in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules.
Even during the quiet period, we will respond to inquiries regarding information that has already been made public.
Press releases of new products and services, etc., are considered essential to the expansion of our business as a public relations medium, and are different in nature from the activities restricted by the quiet period, so we will continue to do so without setting any time limits.
