Shunsuke Inoue Attorney
Partner, Hibiya Nakata Law Office

As an M&A and JV expert, he has been involved in over 100 projects both domestically and internationally, leading many to success. He has published numerous essays and seminars on M&A, competition law, etc. He came to his current position after working at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu Law Firm and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He is a lecturer for non-graduate students at the University of Tokyo Law School. His publications include ``Cross-border M&A Legal Practice'' (Shoji Homu, co-author).


Lisa Haruyama Attorney at Law

He has been involved in many domestic and international M&A transactions and has particularly in-depth knowledge of the Foreign Exchange Act and the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act as they relate to M&A.
