[Hybrid Seminar held on November 11th] How to use AI to search for new targets in Stevens-Johnson syndrome | Rare Disease Analysis Series

In this series on rare disease analysis, we will introduce the system overview and usage methods of KIBIT Amanogawa, an AI paper search system that instantly detects paper information, genes, and diseases that are highly similar or relevant to input words and sentences from a vast amount of paper information, with the focus on targeting rare diseases.
The theme this time is "Stevens-Johnson syndrome".
Stevens-Johnson syndrome is a rare disease characterized by a rash and burn-like symptoms accompanied by high fever on the skin and mucous membranes of the entire body. The main cause is believed to be medicines, but some cases are known to be related to viral infections. In many cases, patients recover with treatment, but in severe cases, they may die from sepsis or multiple organ failure.
In this seminar, we will show you how to effectively use KIBIT Amanogawa to gain research insights by demonstrating how to use paper search AI to extract genes related to Stevens-Johnson syndrome and hypothesize therapeutic targets.
