This webinar explores the possibility of enforcing that judgment in the United States against a US company or US subsidiary of a foreign company.

Michael Solomita's practice focuses on US patent law across all areas of US intellectual property law.He has successfully prosecuted numerous patent lawsuits in federal district courts throughout the United States and the United States International Trade Commission.He has also successfully filed a number of successful patent validity petitions with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He is a registered attorney with the USPTO and has extensive experience prosecuting hundreds of patent applications on a wide range of technologies.

He has also been seconded to Japan twice as an in-house patent attorney for Panasonic Corporation.In Japan, he spearheaded patent licensing programs, directed litigation, and advised clients on all areas of US patent law.She has published many papers on IP issues and has lectured extensively in Japan and the United States.

An avid pilot himself, he was previously an aerospace engineer at Lockheed Martin.At the company, he worked on various fighter designs and was responsible for many different technical areas.This engineering experience has enabled him to pursue a career as a patent attorney in a wide variety of advanced technology areas.
