On June 4, 6th year of Reiwa, the revised Public Interest Whistleblower Protection Law was enacted, which includes imposing a report response maintenance obligation on businesses with more than 1 regular workers.I think that many businesses are reviewing their whistleblowing systems and systems in line with the enforcement of the law.Whistleblowing is a very effective means for early detection and prevention of fraud and problems.However, it is often the case that businesses that have discovered scandals have not reported fraud or problems, even though they have a whistleblower system / system in place.In this seminar, based on the background and cause of not making an internal report in an actual corporate scandal case, the business operator encourages employees in normal times to report fraud and problems.
