FRONTEO has various trainings and systems to promote the growth of employees. In particular, new graduates will learn skills as members of society through new employee training and FRONTEO's unique system within the first year of joining the company. Therefore, the new graduates themselves will introduce in a series the training that new graduates have actually experienced and the system unique to FRONTEO.The first is about the project "VTOP" under the direct control of the president throughout the year by the leaders of the 1th graduates who joined the company in 2017!

"VTOP" is a new graduate training project under the direct control of President Morimoto

The Vertical Take Off Project (commonly known as VTOP) is intended to give new employees the opportunity to take off on a short runway and make a rapid rise, along with the ever-expanding growth of FRONTEO. I will. The purpose is to encourage new employees to embody FRONTEO's philosophy and motto and grow into core employees who have accumulated sufficient practical skills. In fact, within the project, learning FRONTEO's culture and how to manage the project directly from the president gives new employees many opportunities to grow themselves significantly.

What are the specific activities of "VTOP"?

VTOP is a group training under the direct control of the president for one year after joining the company, linked to the growth of FRONTEO.New employees will be entrusted with the project by President Morimoto. With the support of one senior (VTOP 2nd year), we will carry out the project while reporting to the president on a daily basis. The day of VTOP begins with the morning assembly response and ends with the president's report and feedback. Some people may be surprised, "Is taking care of Potos also an activity of VTOP?", But this is also an important part of VTOP. Due to the influence of the flower word "eternal wealth", the fertile pothos, which is often displayed in the lobby of banks and companies, is regarded as a symbol of growth in FRONTEO, and in various places within FRONTEO such as offices and conference rooms. You can see. There is also a knack for taking care of Potos, and this "technology" learned from experience by successive VTOP seniors has been passed down to the next generation of VTOP. VTOP's one-year activities are divided into three periods: the first half of May-August, the second half of September-December, and the transfer period from January-April of the following year, and each period is different. Execute the desired project. In the first half of fiscal 1, we compiled the company history by conducting in-house interviews and collecting information across departments, including President Morimoto. In the second half, new employees broke down the goals set by their respective departments, implemented them as their own "personal business plans," and reported to President Morimoto on a weekly basis. Details of the first and second half projects of 1 will be introduced from the next time onwards.Everyone, please look forward to it!
