　In recent years, with the rapid development of the digital society, the use of IT has become commonplace, and the amount of electronic data managed by companies is steadily increasing.On the other hand, review work in e-discovery in international litigation and digital forensics (information preservation and analysis investigation targeting information recorded on digital devices) is work that guarantees both speed and quality within a limited number of work days. is required, and the increase in work time and the enormous cost involved are becoming major issues as the amount of data increases.

　KIBIT Automator uses AI to support the enormous review work of companies and lawyers involved in litigation.By using AI to accurately identify documents that are relevant to the evidence and those that are not, we have been able to improve the efficiency and sophistication of our operations.Furthermore, when we used the latest AI algorithm, which was improved in 2022, in an actual project, we found that theoretically, compared to using the conventional AI algorithm,^*, found that the human review rate could be reduced from 80% to 32% for 26% of documents rated as "evidentially relevant".It can be said that this result proves that this product contributes to the reduction of work time and related costs by further improving the efficiency and sophistication of digital forensics work.

　FRONTEO will promote the further use of this product, which is equipped with the in-house developed AI engine "KIBIT", which has strengths in natural language. As a pioneer, we will strive to develop and improve AI solutions that help streamline fraud investigations and litigation support, and to provide high-quality services.

*Even if the review rate is reduced, the cutoff of documents to be reviewed is determined on a case-by-case basis in consultation with the attorney in charge and the person in charge of the company.
