 The function developed this time is to link FRONTEO's natural language processing AI engine "KIBIT" with the Intec CRM system "F3" introduced by the Bank of Yokohama with an API to record the contents recorded by AI. It enables the primary check. "KIBIT" is built on the cloud platform "Microsoft Azure" provided by Microsoft Japan, and NTT Data Force manages the AI ​​analysis server.
