(Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Masahiro Morimoto), and FRONTEO We announced that we will start offering the originally developed natural language processing AI engine "KIBIT".By utilizing "KIBIT", Telecom Media will promote operational efficiency and productivity improvement in customers' businesses and contribute to the creation of corporate value.

We are developing a strong business over the years.

With this partner agreement, Telecom Media will provide higher value services by utilizing FRONTEO's "KIBIT" in combination with its own services and products, not only in the call center operations of client companies, but also in other operations. We will promote the solution of business issues such as improving work efficiency and productivity.

Specifically, we support the following problem solving using the AI ​​engine "KIBIT", which specializes in natural language analysis.
